The Inmanage application simplifies monitoring and managing your team members' workload through efficient workload management. This guide will walk you through the steps of workload management and explain how to use this process to enhance efficiency.

Steps for Workload Management

Click on the "Workload" Button in the Sidebar: Access the workload management screen by clicking on the "Workload" button located in the left sidebar. This page allows you to view your team members' workload in detail.

View Team Members' Workload: On the opened page, you can view your team members' current workload and how it is distributed. The workload is calculated based on the number of tasks each member has undertaken and the completion times of these tasks.

Examine Workload Cards: Each team member has detailed workload cards. These cards show the members' daily, weekly, and monthly workloads through graphs and tables. The cards indicate how much workload members have taken on and how this workload is distributed across projects.

Balance Task Distribution: By examining the workload cards of members, check if there is any imbalance in task distribution. If a member has too much workload, you can balance it by distributing some of it to other members. This allows all team members to share the workload equally and work more efficiently.

Use the Workload Calendar: Use the workload calendar to plan the future tasks and projects of your team members. This calendar shows when each member will be occupied with which tasks and how long these tasks will take.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor your team members' workload cards and calendars to track their performance and workload balance. This allows you to make necessary adjustments to improve members' performance and optimize workload.
