I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The services offered on this site are provided by 25 Proje Teknolojileri Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The legal owner of the site is 25 Proje Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., and the Service Provider has full authority over the use and disposition of the site. The Service Provider may modify these terms of use at any time; however, such changes will be regularly published on the site and will be effective from the date of publication. Anyone who benefits from the site services and accesses the site is deemed to have accepted any changes made by the Service Provider to these terms of use in advance. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the information, forms, and content on this site at any time.
II. DEFINITIONS
SITE: The website named https://inmanage.io/login, accessible online within the framework determined by the Service Provider, offering various services and content.
MEMBER/USER: Persons who have accepted this User Agreement and fulfilled the membership conditions and procedures to become a member of the site.
CONTENT: All kinds of information, files, images, programs, visuals, literary, and auditory images published or accessible on the site and/or any website.
USER AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded electronically between the natural and/or legal persons who will benefit from the services offered through the site and the Service Provider.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information such as the identity, address, email address, phone number, IP address, which sections of the site are visited, domain type, browser type, visit date, and time of the member.
III. DESCRIPTION, SCOPE, CONTENT, AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES
A. Introduction Page and Functions
To log in to the application, enter the address https://inmanage.io/login. On the opened screen, enter your email address and password in the relevant fields and click the Login button to access the platform. To register for https://inmanage.io/login, you will be directed to the registration page by clicking the register button. After reading the information about the Cookie Policy of https://inmanage.io/login and following the steps related to the approval process, you should enter your name, surname, email, and password. Then, after reading the "User Agreement," "KVKK Clarification Text," and "Explicit Consent Text" located below the register button, follow the necessary approval processes. After this process, an activation email will be sent to your email address. You can complete your registration by entering the code in the received email. After entering the code, you will be automatically redirected to the login page. You can log in with the email and password you used during registration. During the login process, you can save your email and password and automatically log in by clicking the remember me button. If you are already registered, you will be redirected to the main page when you correctly enter your username and password. You can also log in with Google Account and LinkedIn login options.
B. Homepage and Functions
When you enter https://inmanage.io/login, the first opened page will direct you to the Platform's Homepage. On this page, there are areas for you and your team, such as Indicators, Daily/weekly, Add Work/Project, creating a comfortable management system for you and your team and allowing you to track your work. You can also add work and projects from this section, review the status of your work and projects, make edits, create daily and weekly schedules, and organize meetings.
C. MY TASKS
When you click the My Tasks button, you can track which projects your tasks belong to, under which projects they are located, see how many tasks and sub-tasks have been created, and access them more easily. When you click on projects, you will have easier access to the tasks and sub-tasks under them. At the same time, you can view who your tasks are linked to, their timelines, priorities, and statuses.
D. CALENDAR
When you click the Calendar button, you can view your calendar as shown above. You can easily follow the tasks, sub-tasks, events, and meetings on your calendar. You can add meetings, create events, track the durations of your tasks, make edits, set priorities, and view your milestones from these sections. While creating events from the Create Event screen, you can add a location, select start and end dates, create a period, choose participants, and enter the links of the meeting applications you use. From the filter section at the top right of the screen, you can select departments and studies to access events and meetings belonging to your units and view your meetings and events as month and week from the month section.
E. PROJECTS
On this page, you can see the viewing options for your projects as Kanban, Card, List, Timeline, Agenda, and Milestone and select the one that suits you best to manage your work and projects. You can add new milestone tasks and sub-tasks to your Kanban card, assign units and individuals, determine the start and end date, and set priority levels. In the Kanban board view, you can set statuses for your projects, works, tasks, and sub-tasks, visualize your workflow with this view, and more easily follow your work progress. You can select or change the statuses of your projects, works, tasks, and sub-tasks you have created. You can determine sub-tasks, add comments, and tag your team members in the comments you add by clicking on the project you selected in the Kanban board. In the activities section on the right side, you can view the tasks and the people you assigned to them. You can also send your tasks to QA (Approval/Control) with the QA (Approval/Control) button. The list view helps you see the statuses of your projects, tasks, and sub-tasks as a list and create sub-tasks. Additionally, from this section, you can list and edit the units to which the tasks and sub-tasks of the project and works are linked, the team members involved, the timeline, priority status, and statuses after they are created. You can track the periods of projects belonging to your units with the timeline view. With the agenda view, you can follow the events you created for all the projects, works, tasks, and sub-tasks linked to your units within the selected date and time ranges. With the milestone view, you can create priority targets for the tasks and projects assigned to your units, select users, determine the time range, edit, and set priorities. In the Create Project section, you can determine the type of your existing projects or new projects according to their continuity status as a project or work. You can create a project name and project color, set tracking periods or start and end dates according to the project type, assign a project manager, and create project units and invite people in the units.

Notifications: When you click the button, the 'My Tasks' page opens. On this page, the following buttons are available:

In this section, you can view the tasks assigned to you in projects, comments in which you are mentioned, and meetings.
Approval/Control: Completed tasks and sub-tasks can be sent to the unit manager for approval/control. The manager can review, approve, or reject the task. You can view the approval/control status of tasks and sub-tasks in your notifications.
G. COMPANY
Here, you can view the details of your company, add departments and members, archive and review your work, review deleted work, and make adjustments to your company profile.
H. PROFILE
In this section, you can create and edit your profile information.
IV. PROVISIONS
The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and accepts, declares, and undertakes to bear all consequences in case of any discrepancy.

Visiting the site or benefiting from the services on the site does not grant the user any rights regarding the mentioned intellectual property rights. By visiting or using the site, the user accepts, declares, and undertakes not to violate these intellectual property rights.
All tangible and intellectual property rights, including commercial information and know-how, belonging to the service provider through the website are reserved. It is prohibited to reproduce, translate, store, or process the information on the site in any way. Without the written permission of the service provider, the information on the site cannot be published, copied, presented, or transferred in any way. The entire or part of the site cannot be used on another website without the authorization and permission of the service provider. The user accepts, declares, and undertakes to compensate the service provider and third parties for any damages arising from the unauthorized and illegal use of the site and to indemnify the service provider for any possible claims and damages.
The service provider cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including material, moral, legal, or financial consequences or loss of earnings, arising from the use of the content and services provided through the site in violation of the law. In such cases, users who cause damage to the service provider accept, declare, and undertake to compensate the service provider's damages immediately.
The service provider may cancel, change, or restrict access to some features and information or parts of the site without notice at any time. Although the service provider has taken virus protection measures on the website, it does not provide any guarantee in this regard. The user is required to take necessary precautions to protect against viruses.
The service provider continuously checks the accuracy and currency of the information available on the site. However, the site does not make any commitment regarding the accuracy and currency of the information provided at the time it was made available.
Users of the site may only perform transactions for lawful purposes. Users are responsible for all legal and criminal liabilities arising from every action and transaction they perform on the site. The user accepts and undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or compete with the service provider directly and/or indirectly, either by these actions or by other means, the software, hardware, and content of the site. The user does not have the right to resell, process, share, distribute, display, or allow others to access or use the service provider's services, information, and copyrighted works.
Partial copying, printing, processing, distribution, reproduction, or display of the information on this site is only possible for non-commercial personal needs and with the written permission of the service provider.
V. LIABILITY
The service provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from accessing the site, using the information and other data, programs, or breaches of contract, torts, or other causes.
If the provisions of this agreement are violated, the service provider may prevent the user from using the site and/or take legal action against the user.
VI. TRANSFER OF THE AGREEMENT
The service provider may transfer this agreement in whole or in part without notice at any time. However, the user may not transfer this agreement or any part of it to another party.
VII. FORCE MAJEURE
In all cases deemed 'force majeure', including but not limited to cyber-attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, wars, strikes, communication issues, infrastructure and internet outages, power outages, and adverse weather conditions, which are beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party, unpredictable in advance, and unavoidable despite due diligence, the service provider is not liable for late or incomplete fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any obligations under this Agreement. In the event of force majeure, no compensation can be claimed from the service provider under any circumstances.
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW, EVIDENCE AGREEMENT, AND JURISDICTION
For any disputes arising from the use of the site and the service, the service provider's books and records, log records, and computer records constitute conclusive and exclusive evidence.
Any disputes arising from this User Agreement are subject to Turkish Law, and the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
IX. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This User Agreement is announced upon entry to the site and becomes effective upon the user's membership at the time of registration. The service provider reserves the right to change the provisions of this agreement at any time. Changes made by the service provider are published on the site and become effective at the same time.
DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT PURPOSE AND SCOPE
As 25 Proje Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. (25 Proje), we take measures to protect your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). We process your personal data under KVKK and related legal regulations as a "data controller" for the reasons and methods explained below.

Complying with information and document requests by judicial authorities and/or administrative bodies,
Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for system and application security.

Your personal data will be processed by adhering to the data processing and limitation periods specified in all relevant laws and other legal regulations that 25 Proje and its affiliated centers and units are subject to, limited to the purposes specified in this clarification text. If changes are made to the data processing periods in the laws, the new periods determined will be applied.
Your personal data will be processed for the duration required by the principle of purpose limitation, for the fulfillment of the purposes explained in this clarification text, and in any case, for the period required by the customary practices of ecosystem applications and commercial life. After these periods expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. If you would like to get detailed information about the storage periods of your personal data, you can contact us through the addresses in the section on the rights of the data subject or access the storage periods through the Data Controllers' Registry in which our institution is registered.
EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
