The task detail page allows you to monitor and manage each task in your projects in detail. Here’s how to use the task detail page: 

Steps for Using the Task Detail Page Access the Task List: Go to the “Projects” tab to list your projects. Select the relevant project and click on the “Tasks” tab to access the task list. 

Task Selection and Detail Page: Select the task you want to examine from the list and click on it to open the detail page. The task detail page includes information such as the task name, description, assigned person, start and end dates. 

Task Status and Progress: Update the current status (pending, in progress, completed) and progress rate of the task to monitor its advancement and current stage. This helps you understand the task’s status and its contribution to the project. 

Task Notes and Comments: Add notes and comments related to the task to enhance its understanding. You can view comments and suggestions from team members related to the task on this page. File

Attachments and Documents: Upload and manage all files and documents related to the task on this page. This ensures all task-related documents are collected in one place and easily accessible.

Steps for Using the Milestone Detail Page 

Access the Project Profile Page: Select the relevant project from the page listing your projects and click on the “Project Profile” tab to access the project profile page. From there, switch to the “Milestone” tab to view milestones. 

Milestone Selection and Detail Page: Select the milestone you want to examine and click on it to open the detail page. The milestone detail page includes information such as the milestone name, description, start and end dates, and responsible person. 

Milestone Progress and Status: Update the current status (planned, started, completed) and progress rate of the milestone to monitor its advancement and the current stage of the project. This helps you understand the milestone’s impact on the project. 

Milestone Notes and Feedback: Add notes and feedback related to the milestone to enhance its management. You can view feedback from team members on this page. 

Related Tasks and Links: View tasks related to the milestone and their statuses on this page. You can track which tasks need to be completed for the milestone’s completion.
